Daniel is the co-founder of the firm and one of its Legal Practitioner Directors. With over 15 years in legal practice, he has a wealth of experience and has particular expertise in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, insolvency and debt recovery.
Expertise
Daniel has litigated in all State Courts and the Federal Court of Australia. His experience includes acting in shareholder and partnership disputes, debt recovery matters, contractual disputes, construction disputes, mortgage recovery actions, enforcement of securities against borrowers and guarantors, trade practices and consumer claims, tortious claims including negligence and claims for injunctive relief and other equitable remedies.
Daniel has acted for and against Queensland’s leading insolvency practitioners, and has vast experience in personal and corporate insolvency matters including voidable transactions (including unfair preference payment claims), public examinations and actions against directors. Daniel’s experience extends to acting for and providing advice to individuals and company directors and shareholders who may be involved in personal and/or corporate insolvency matters.
